Arrangements for New Parents to visit the School

We welcome meeting parents of all prospective pupils and encourage you to visit the School before applying for a place. Interested parents are invited to look around the school. We believe that a visit to the school provides parents with the best opportunity of viewing the facilities, seeing something of Christ the King in action and, most importantly, gauging whether our school ethos, expectations and standards will suit your son or daughter.

To make an appointment to view the school simply ring Mrs. Haida, the School Secretary, on 01282 429108.

Applying for a Place

You may register your child for a school place at any time from his/her birth onwards; we advise that this is done as early as possible. Registering your child ensures that you receive a formal Application Form for a School Place in the October before your child is due to start. All applications for a Reception place are considered by the Governors in the light of the schools’ Admission Policy (see below). Parents are informed of the Governors’ decision in writing. If you are moving into the area and have children who are already in school, you are invited to view Christ the King and meet the headteacher to discuss the possibility of a school place.
